Q: How do I find out how many and who has registered for my TeleClass?
A: Login to your TeleLeader Account. View your upcoming courses. Under the heading "Students" you'll see some numbers. In our sample to the left, you'll see "10 of 24". When you click this link, the Participant Enrollment page opens and you can view all participants and easily email them.
Q. Is there a printable roster?
A: Yes, just click the link that says:"Click here for a printer-friendly version of this course roster." You'll find the participants are arranged alphabetically, but first name and there is plenty of space to jot notes or questions you want to address.
Q: Where can I find the link to my Course? I want to email it to people.
A: Login to your TeleLeader Account. View your upcoming courses. Under the heading of "Action" (far right column) you'll see the word: "link". Click on it to view the link to this TeleConference. Copy and paste it into the email to your friends.
Q: How do I give people the discount price to my course?
A: EVERYONE LOVES A SALE! The discount link is a great marketing tool. You must select the "discount" button and enter the amount you want to discount your course AT THE TIME YOU CREATE YOUR TEEM Event. Then you can simply login to your account, view your upcoming courses, and click on the link called: "link" in the Action column.There you'll find the discount link.
Copy the link and paste it into an email or your browser. The discount link will display the discount price rather than the full price.
Each TEEM Event displays:
Teleconference Title, Dates, Time, Duration, Cost and
Description, making it easy for participants to register for
your Event.
Your photo, email address, website URL and link to other
teleconference Events are also displayed
in each TEEM Event, giving you MORE
marketing exposure.
Participant's receive auto-emails confirming
registration, payment reciepts and "one-day reminder" of
upcoming TEEM Events, making sure your Event is well
attended.
